Just tried it myself and same thing happened. Gal would not dismount, and I hit the thing 50 times over 10 minutes…

I was trying to farm the Iron Juggernaut mech pets for my main, and got stuck with Galakras too.
Still? I came to the forums to see if it’d been fixed 
Still bugged pls fix, mop remix has been over since 8/20/24, theres no excuse

Still bugged today. Problem may not be dismounting, it feels more like cannons don’t hit, shots go right thru her with no indication that you’re hitting.
When I tried, the shots were hitting her, she would be stunned, but if I stopped shooting, she would go back flying as nothing happened.
Also experiencing this. I have tried the suggested “RP” tips with no luck. She will not dismount.
Blizzard how do you have the same problem for 4 months GTF up and do something about this.

bc it takes 2 people again to shoot her down, or you can just skip her. dont even need to kill her can skip her
google how to skip her and youll find the video how, all classes can do it if they get the spell from Shadowlands to use the teleport spell
other wise only a few classes can do it using normal spells
