In Siege of Orgrimmar on MoP Remix, it’s currently not possible to solo Galakras even if you are the only player in the instance. She still requires two shots within 3 seconds in order to trigger phase 2. Given that Spine of Deathwing’s roll timer is able to detect whether there is only one player or more than one player in the Dragon Soul raid, I figured it was a safe assumption that Galakras was working the same in legacy and that would be ported over to Remix. It’d also align with Blizzard saying in interviews that the raids “should” be soloable at a certain gear level.
