They did buff xp gains for Season Of Mastery. Still didn’t prevent the burnout though haha. Tbh I was hoping som was going to fix things like quest rewards. Nothing burns you out more, than getting a stave with agility instead of intellect

Leveling in retail is so fast now, even without this winds of wisdom buff. But heck nothing wrong with that, if you have plenty of low-level alts to mess around with.
I wouldn’t say no to having that too.
This buff is to bump people for season 4. Which is soon. They announced a classic buff too in the summer. It’s still summer. It’s still coming
This is just for 2 weeks?
Run it through until Dragonflight launches.

This conflict between WoW classic and Retail brings such glorious tasteful tears. Reminds me of Runescape’s OSRS and Retail differences. This will bring me joy.
Your bonus xp is just the start to the so-called “Corruption of Change”, you know. Once Wrath comes and passes, a civil war in Classic will begin. The community will split down the middle. One side wanting new content and updates like Retail. The other, too stubborn of inevitable change even when change is needed to keep a game alive, wants their Classic era to stay indefinitely.
Yes, there is. You can turn off all experience gains by talking to npc Behsten in Stormwind, or npc Slahtz in Orgrimmar. I don’t know if you can just eliminate the Winds of Wisdom buff.
