I looked all over the internet and found this entity to be tameable so I went into Zulfurak and found it was not tameable. Is this a bug I found or is it intended. From what I have read this is a bug. Can you please clarify this for me.

in retail wow it is tameable so whenever they added in the ability to tame hydra’s, but for now in cata classic it is not tameable. Looked it up an it was in WoD xpac that they added them in as tameable.

so with MoP coming out it will still not be tameable right…wow there is a lot of misinformation about this out there thanks for the information i wish a dev would chime in here to make it official but i appreciate your reply nonetheless thanks
WoD is when hydras became tamable i believe.
yea till WoD comes out they won’t be tameable, usually check out petopia an do the classic versions of the game, for cata right now they didn’t update much since there was not that many new pet types that came into play.
Just scroll down to the list of families. When they were first tameable will be on the left.
