Gahz’ralka will not spawn while the world quest Hundred Troll Holdout is active. I just missed the timer on this world quest for 150 ap because I had to do a world quest that gave me almost nothing as a reward. =)

This is correct. Between last night and today, I have hopped multiple realms to get Ghaz to spawn and he would not. I completed the other world quest interfering and BAM, he’s there now! Very annoying because the other quest takes so long to complete and in this case, I felt the reward was underwhelming and I would not have normally done it.
