Fyr'alath Quest "Handling It" Bugged - Can't Progress

The Journal that is supposed to pop up after talking to Eadweard Dalyngrigge does not show up so you can’t get the quest to visit the crafters. So you can not progress.

yea book doesn’t show up. Only you can get Handling it quest but you can`t get 3 side quests.

Same here. Just got the legendary drop from Fyrakk, but the journal is not appearing for me.

How many have done it on another character? “Your Warband previously completed this quest.” is at the bottom of my quest dialogue.

I’d be content if my alt was just awarded the axe at this point.
