Killed him on Normal and didn’t get a token, or i think i did saw something Curio something in the loot bag but it just disappeared from my bag? Or the token is rolled to the raid?

i thought this token was supposed to garantee i’ll get at least 1 piece of loot from the raid
doing the whole raid and getting 0 zero loot is sad =/

Next time you can do a /loot and it will show you the rolls

On our normal with something like 25+ ppl we got 3 curios on fyrakk that could be rolled on.
The guaranteed personal token is from first time heroic fyrakk.

Yeah, did the LFR, no loot. Did the Normal, no loot. Funny thing was only 2 of us could roll on the token, and I’m the one that lost.

Loot is never guaranteed. I went the entire FL and DS tier back in cata without ever getting a weapon drop.
Rng does rng things.

during BFA Nyalotha i always got at least 1 garanteed loot because loot was personal, now that we have to roll for it i never get anything
Even personal wasn’t guaranteed, it just felt like it. We saw that often in SL.
Curio is you get x (based on raid size) randomly distributed among the group.
It was explained by Blizz at one point early into DF that personal loot still had ‘rolls’ just like group loot does, they were just invisible. I kinda call poppycock on that since the amount of loot per boss would always vary even with an entirely fresh group, but the important thing for me personally was that these supposed ‘rolls’ were hidden. It hurts my tender feelings when I see myself losing rolls to others left and right compared to the game just not rolling loot for me from a boss.

I feel that. I can attest I did get WAY more loot with personal, but I also saw a lot not get anything.
Shame they never posted actual stats, but then it would show which loot system is superior and force their hand one way or another

You’re thinking of the 1 of season token that can be used to purchase a heroic tier piece that you get from killing heroic Fyrakk, reaching 2k in m+, or 1600 in a PvP bracket.
Fyrakk himself also drops omnitokens for his difficulty, which are just like regular tier from any prior boss and roll out the same way.
