The Journal that is supposed to pop up after talking to Eadweard Dalyngrigge does not show up so you can’t get the quest to visit the crafters. So you can not progress.

I’m having the same problem. Killed Fyrrak, got the quest item, proceeded to to EadWeard and no journal near him to proceed with the three subquests.
