It is located in the Dalarn portal room. Theres a vendor next to the three portals with all of the pets and gear too.

What surprised me was that buying the Horde one also got me the Alliance one, which seems only right.

Indeed, it’s been known since at least September July 26, 2024 since all the rewards from the vendor were identified in Blizzard News (which was linked in a General Discussion blue post).

The mount looks a lot better ingame than it does in screenshots though I wish that it had been two mounts so you could use either on any faction character. Meanwhile, it’s a single mount that either is a gryphon or wyvern, depending on your character’s faction.
