You’ll get decent amount of Haste from Trinket and tier. But mostly Mast
If you go to a website pvp leader boards . c o m (all one word) you can look at what the top players are using.
Looks to be some are using all haste, some all master, and some a mix of haste and mastery and oddly enough, the top 3v3 fury is wearing a bunch of pve gear.
