Both are fun. 
Because… I don’t know… Fury Warriors smash and Outlaw Rogues swashbuckle. Really depends on my mood though. 
I likely wouldnt mind Outlaw if RTB was deleted out of existence.

I just like the cleave style of fury and Victory rush is greater than any rogue self heals. I like pulling 67 mobs at a time and living solely off getting victory rush heals, if I pull 67 mobs on my rogue I’m dead.

If you are a fan of the micromanagement of your buffs constantly just so you can do decent dps, then Outlaw is the spec for you!
Fury Warrior hands down. Roll the bones is gta and needs to go.
They are both good.
I haven’t touched Outlaw since SLs but having a pistol as a weapon?

Both are fun, this guy’s a fury warrior and I’ve been maining him since Day 1. But my Outlaw is also fun and has the additional talent of going stealth and bypassing monsters I have no interest in fighting
Both garbage in pvp but at least outlaw rogue is more mobile which is handy. Fury warrior is kiteable till death.
I meant it in, it sucks to use and should be removed.

RTB is more of a hindrance to the spec than anything, relaying so much on RNG is plain bad design, just remove it and buff to compensate, or replace it with something else.

Rogue can hit from farther away, so you are less annoyed at mechanics in melee.
Also, you bring a bit more to the table as rogue. Better immunities, and shroud.
Well pistol shot does not make a great difference. I wish it hit harder

Acrobatic strikes is HUGE benefit. I wasn’t talking about pistol shot.
