Can someone guide me on how to switch between 2-hand weapons to 1 hand and a shield during combat & vice versa? I wanna utilize my shield block and slam during fights. Thz!!

Something like this should work.
/equipslot [noequipped:Shield] 17 Disc of Indomitable Wil
/equipslot [equipped:shield] 17 Shadowmourne
Replace with names of your weapon(s).
NOTE: Weapon swaps incur global cooldown. If you use this macro while on global cooldown it will cause problems.
Test this on target dummy, make sure it works and practice using it mid-rotation. Pressing the button once will equip shield, pressing it a second time will equip your offhand weapon.
This is a conditional equipment macro. The conditional is whether or not you have a shield equipped. Since youâre fury, you have a less complicated macro than Arms and I believe you should only have to change slot 17.
If you need a shield, the best place to get one is the honor vendor as theyâre pretty cheap. One BG win should net you enough honor to buy one.

Thanks for sharing this; go figure, two years later - weâre still using it. 
Today, in 10.0.5 I noticed that we could simply use one of the (already equipped) two-handed weapons to tank with. From there, just slap on a shield and itâs âgo timeâ. I assume this is because of Titanâs Grip.
Anyway, a slight mod if you want to equip a 1-hander and a shield (using slot 16 for the weapon).
NOTE: It requires two presses to equip both (if you prefer a one-hander over the two-hander). A third press, then drops you into defensive stance.
