What’s behind this recent Ravager Fury build Smexxin and Bajheera are playing?
I tried it on PvP dummy and it seemed like it had no burst. Trading Reckless Abandon for Anger Management really neuters the damage output you get from Crushing Blow. Plus they aren’t running Odyn’s while still running Thunderous Roar.
Is the Strength bonus from nerfed Hurricane really enough to off-set no RAbandon and no Odyn’s? Is this build just designed to win with chip damage and a mildly annoying snare?
I’m calling an emergency council of the greatest minds Fury has to offer to figure this thing out

Well it’s because you play devoker and don’t know how to hit more than your 1 ability rotation to acquire rating.
Therefore adding a second ability is too complex.

Existence was also playing it in AWC. But that team got their cheeks clapped. Not sure why, not only do most warriors hate playing fury in arena, but an even larger majority also hate the ravager ability. Maybe there is some Buggy interaction with it that isn’t obvious to see…? Idk
From what I can tell from Seramate either Smexxin is in a PvE build or the plan is to maintain as much uptime on Storm of Destruction and Hurricane as possible. Maybe it’s just a way of having constant chip damage when Fury will easily be peeled off opponents
I just don’t know why you’d facetank so much burst w/o Crushing Blow and Odyn’s. Hurricane is nerfed to be like 12% max extra strength and taking Storm/Hurricane should desync the rest of the damage from Avatar. I’m pretty sure Mini-Avatar from the Warrior capstone is only like 4 seconds
The skill floor for boomy is very low tho.
i wanted to try fury to 2100 SS just to see how the spec does. it does not cleave, but has higher burst than arms. did this before the buffs though. so its probably even better now.
I’m assuming because they are using 2x chance on hit weapons. The lego axe and that chance on hit sword.

So Ravager procs on hit item effects?
Maybe press something more than disintegrate and lotto rolling on your enhance while flaming everyone else at 2k, and I’ll take your opinion as something meritted.

Unsure, but even if it does, seeing a meaningfully higher proc rate despite rppm normalization would almost certainly be a bug. Unless they’re dumb enough to release weapon effects that aren’t rppm lmao
Fury definitely pumps the ravager build seems to be a thing they were doing for the AWC probably comp specific but just run the normal fury recklessness build and it pumps. But fury is frustrating to play agaisnt boomies, dev, and mages who can constantly root and kite you around.
I used the ravager build before it was cool >(
