I want to ask if anyone here plays Fury just for PVE and what is DPS stat priority, I have seen some people using max crit as stat priority for pvp and pve but I think PVE should have different stat priority?
You can check WoWHead and IcyVeins, or Method’s pages for guides. 99% they all say the same thing

You should head over the Warrior forums, there are folks there that will get into the nitty gritty for you. As the others have said, currently you want to stack as much crit as possible to synergize with your CSHB azerite talents. After that haste so you can crit things faster.
One caveat to that is that once you have a baseline crit of about 65% you’ll want to start getting strike-through corruptions instead of Severe, but you’ll want to sim it when you get to that point to be sure.

No you want vers, even after the vers nerf. People are trending toward surging vitality cause it has 50-60% uptime.

Are you talking about raid or M+? If raiding is your only focus, just run sims.
For M+, you need about 18-20% haste to make the rotation work, or you won’t be able to fit enough gcd’s into BotE’s +crit damage window. After that, haste drops rapidly to our worst stat (though not bad by any means) and crit is far and away our best stat. Vers/Mastery are roughly equal. But beyond the minimum haste and stacking crit, you really need to sim yourself to make any better stat allocations.

Crit for PvE. Go Arms and get Versa for PvP.
Ignore this guy. You can do just fine as Fury unless you’re trying to push higher ratings in arenas.

I’ve found in all my sims that Crit doesn’t become the priority stat until you have 3 items providing Cold Steel Hot Blood. At only 2 it was back and forth between Haste and Mastery as to which was best. While I have seen the various references to the synergy between CSHB and crit, I haven’t seen a reference to when running fewer than 3 of them. I can’t confirm if anyone else has seen similar results in stat dependency and the number of CSHB they are running.
Verse/haste in PvP. Whatever Aedan says for PvE.
2xCSHB is the tipping point. It’s in the wowhead guide. The rotation part that actually builds your rotation based off your traits and talents even has it as an option. Bloodthirst moves up in priority as does crit once you’ve double upped on it. It may be reasonably close on a ST sim but there’s no contest on MT. And honestly at this stage, if you don’t have 3xCSHB, you should really just be gearing like you did until you can get it. I can’t think of any optimal setups that don’t include it.
I must have missed that in the wowhead guide. I just went back through and still find no mention of 2x CSHB being a tipping point. It says that it’s the best azerite selection, and shows the chart with the corresponding data.
Anyways that’s the thing at 2 CSHB for my sims, crit still wasn’t the most beneficial. Simulcraft would always return a pwn string where crit was 3rd priority at that point. It was only at 3 did crit become a priority. I just mention this because if you don’t have CSHB 3 your enchants and gems may be most beneficial from Haste or Mastery until you reach the point where improvements only come from getting specific pieces of gear.
One of our Fury Warriors stacked the hell out of severe 3 and pulls 90-120k dps ST depending on fight

It’s always best to sim yourself to get a definitive answer, but at 1 CSHB for myself crit is already my #1 stat as of a sim this morning. Earlier it was just barely under haste. There’s so many variables at play with gear in this day and age that you can’t ever really know unless you’re simming, but the general rule of more CSHB = crit is better and better is still accurate.
