Its a shame this spec didn’t last past Classic… ever since I first started playing it about 3 months ago its been a blast l, kinda wish I rolled warrior at the start. The gameplay is extremely fun. Lots of buttons to push, changing gameplay, decision making, that’s the kinda stuff that makes a spec really fun.
Warrior without tactical mastery is unplayable garbage. Fury prot deserves to die.
Warrior has tons of buttons to play properly regardless of spec. Fury prot has fewer button to push than other specs because you switch stance, lose all your rage and can’t use any ability.
I’ve tried fury and prot, both are decent, but gameplay wise I’ve had the most fun with fury prot. The lack of charge and stance dancing does hurt… but I’m in defensive 90% of the chance anyway.
If my spec leaves me a victim in pvp, I simply will not play it, no matter how effective it is in pve. Id rather be a blue geared arms warrior in pvp than an epic geared fury prot. Its really that simple. Fury prot is literally the worst pvp spec you can pick.
For my purposes, pure pve specs simply are not valid gameplay choices. And I’ll be glad to probably never be hamstrung with a fury prot on my team ever again.
Not fury prot, but prot pvp spec with concussive blow, improved revenge, and improved shield bash is kind of fun
Yep. It may not be the most effective, but it can be an annoying disruptor, flag carrier, node defender and fun to play.
tanks are in for a rude awakening in tbc.
Fury/prot and engineering were a good bandaid, now prepare for the real experience. Boring af.
Fury prot is absolutely F tier complete junk for anything but standing in front of a boss and I won’t be sorry to see people freed from it
