Fury missing Mortal Strike

I’m really glad that there are so many other people that are interested in fury getting looked at for improvements.

Just for the fun of it. I have not touched Fury since TBC outside of target dummies. Decided to give it a try in 2s. Went 11-1 in 2s at 2300mmr.

I think what it needs more than MS is Warbanner as a PvP talent and some form of D stance maybe.

No, fury bad. You wrong. Fury need MS.

If we have Druids immune to Polymorph … is it too crazy to consider having Fury (in line with the theme of the spec) to be immune to stun-or-root while Enraged?
Wouldn’t that help Fury be able to keep pressure and peel without the need for a MS?

I agree more burst it definitely what makes sense, but as someone mentioned above, the ease with which you can paralyze a fury that already has no burst and depends on damage to self-heal is the real Achilles heel no?

Bloodthirst applying an MS? Naw, a resource generator shouldn’t do that.

That seems like it would be incredibly broken. Just saying.

Because of the uptime on enrage or the immunity entirely?

Nah the uptime on enrage in PvP is already really high thanks to Enduring Rage, I meant the immunity snares/roots and stuns entirely.

If they want to add fury with MS just have it apply with Rampage or the new talent Onslaught keeps it almost same level uptime with Mortal strike. (Preferably onslaught)

Disclaimer: I am a scrub veteran of 13 years and offer no real insight of any worth.

I really want to main fury warrior in Slands. I am concerned for PvE and PvP alike. MS is not the answer in PvP, IMO. I agree that furys pressure should be damaged based. I like the high survivability, medium-burst windows with solid consistent damage in between. I dont need to hit as hard as Ret during cooldowns…I just want to feel like i am a threat if I stay on the target.

Also, Darkprime, as a completely unbiased outsider, you sound quite foolish and dare I say, childish. Your actions on this forum are not helpful to anyone in any way. Please stop.

To the matter at hand, I am hoping Blizzards tuning pass makes fury viable. The leaping legendary looks really fun IMO.

It has way more healing than Arms. If they give it an MS there is no point in going Arms.

Fury should not get a mortal strike but even that alone would not tip the scales away from arms. It’s gained some ramp up speedp with warbreaker and smash now applying wounds.
