Fury and haste cap

At what point does haste drop off for fury? In Uldir with RA +10 I sit at 30%. If I lose my mind and try something crazy with furious slash and frothing I can keep my avg haste around 70% (spikes as high as 94%), but it still does less dps than the talents that it replaces. I enjoy the INSANELY fast pace of gameplay, but obviously at some point haste drops off. Anyone have an avg % that that would be at? New to warr main.

There is no haste cap or soft cap. There is no specific amount to aim for. Haste is just the most valuable stat for fury, overall. Mastery is right there with it. Get more.

Don’t think in terms of “caps”. Think in terms of balance. Haste is still our best stat according to the sims, but mastery is important too. I’d say run a few sims over at raidbots trying some different things out to get a sense of what is good.

Is there a way to run a sim with az traits you don’t currently posses?

I’m wondering what the effects of reckless would have.

You can set up raidbots to sim all sorts of things. If you go to the gear compare on raidbots then you can put in the same or different pieces of gear and then choose the azerite piece and sim it.

Won’t let me share the link or I’d just give it to you.

Gear compare for gear you don’t have in your bags. Top Gear, you can sim any gear in your bags, including traits you don’t have selected. These are the only two sims you should use.

Well of course going with a suboptimal rotation is going to hurt your dps. That will hurt your dps regardless of stat allocation.

Normally best you can do is aim for haste and hope it has mastery attached as far as stats go. I’m still tinkering with azerite traits since they all got jumbled around.
