isnt every set like halved in pvp combat? the 15% should be around 7% but its showing for 4%
i might have not seen the bluepost showing the nerf if someone can enlighten me on the change
Not every set is from what i can tell. For instance when i target the pvp dummy on my ele shaman it doesnt change at all but on my druid it does. Not sure why its showing 4% for you
Dummy doesnt scale pvp effects btw you gotta insance into a bg or arena for them to take effect

Oh really? Weird like i said it does for 1 character but on another it doesnt? Maybe i have to check again
