Disintegrate damage reduced by 5% for Devastation Evoker only.
Scalecommander: Might of the Black Dragonflight bonus to Black spells reduced to 20% (was 30%) for Devastation Evoker only.
Flameshaper: Twin Flame damage increased by 25% for Devastation Evoker only.
I already feel like I’m underperforming despite a relatively high item level and now this.

Hopefully the buff to flameshaper will make it competitive at least.
That’s not a buff to flameshaper, it’s an attempt at compensating for the disintegrate nerf, which it doesn’t actually accomplish because it’s actually a slight nerf.
SC devastation is definitely too strong right now and is, I believe, still the top DPS spec in raid logs overall.
This equates to slightly less than a 5% nerf to SC which is more than fair, but the fact flameshaper caught a stray is unfortunate for those who like it.
I would rather watch paint dry so I’m sort of glad it’s not going to be better, but I feel for those of you that enjoy it.
