If blizzard were to add further character customization, which would not be terribly shocking, what would you like to see for what races? I personally would love to see tattoo, piercings, and scar options on every race. As well as blind/half-blind options for every race. Finally, and I know this is slightly unreasonable, I would love a leper skin option for gnomes! What about you guys?

This is probably a bit much for their “skeleton-based” program, but I’d like to see customizable builds like heights and body types. It would build some variety as players could adjust their heroes between a limit and miminum.
Now on a more likely note, I’d like to see more hair styles and facial hair for all races. I’d love to give my orc alt a mustache instead of only chin beards and I’m sure a lot of troll players would to love to have a beard like Voljin (in fact all playable trolls have no facial hair options)

I don’t think that’s a crazy stretch! They certainly couldn’t have a slider system for the bodies, but maybe each race has a few body options that are fit to the skeleton and its animations, same thing for height options.

Height would be nice.
Undead getting a straight back option and maybe dark rangers.
Nightborne being something other than… w/e it is they put in the game.
Blood and void elves could use more but it’s not too bad.
Draenei customization is sub-par.
The rest I can’t really comment on since I don’t play enough of those races.
