The plate helmet “Furious Gladiator’s Plate Helm” (item id 40826) has incorrect scaling/alignment values that result in clipping into the torso of the player model. Many other recolors of this helmet exist (Savage Gladiator’s Plate Helm - id 40816, and more recently Jotunheim Berserker’s Helm - id 231973) and none of them have this issue.
