okay blizzard you are copying XIV since they have a bunch of fur suits in the game…but can you copy them on player character customization and pose animations for screen shots first? ![]()
If you go to the shop while in game, you can preview the woolies on whatever character you’re playing on
idk if you know
but full body pajamas were not invented by final fantasy.
I’d love more customization too, but the time and effort required for the PJs isn’t even remotely comparable to that of adding new customization features and poses. Entirely different ballparks and they’re probably worked on by different teams. It’s like asking why they didn’t add a dungeon instead of adding a minipet.
I think it has more to do with kids nowadays liking these stupid hooded onesies more than it has to do with Final Fantasy.
But regardless, if we can put these weird current trends into the game as transmog, then I want to wear my freaking Fire Festival dress or Santa hat or cloth over leather for transmog.
#freealltransmog
Why don’t you just… go play FFXIV for that stuff? You CAN play both (it’s not like current expac WoW has that much to do). Their glamour system is way better than WoW’s (not to mention graphics being significantly better).
im kinda attached to the characters I have in WoW though and I like taking screen shots of them…but you can’t really do poses or do other custom stuff like in XIV yet.
When you go to work, are you only able to focus on one task, at a time?
If so it anwers a lot of questions about the original post.
I would never call any of those outfits “fursuits.” They’re onesies. Get it right, at least.
Wait, is blizzard selling snuggies now?
I honestly would if the class rotations weren’t a mile long. I hate DPSing in that game. Especially with the terrible server delay. I love me some FF, my license plate says “SLOCOBO”. I just can’t get over the combat design. It’s not bad per sey, some people really like it. I just prefer the simpler and smoother play of this game.
Outside of that it’s a much better game in a lot of ways.
Transmog>>>Glamours by a country mile though because of your ability to “learn” appearances. Glamours is less restrictive but the set up is archaic and a total pain in the a$s.
Maybe open up transmog like ffxiv glamour system, its fun playing dressup when you have a ton of options.
My paladin has a full pirate theme outfit with no plate.
Oh no, they’re not copying XIV.
I know people are trying to rationalize this terrible reward somehow, but let me assure you: It’s just yet another bad idea from the good ol’ marketing team.
I am not particularly interested in this type of transmog but even so I couldn’t help but notice and cringe at how the legs of these furry “pajamas” still bare the shape of the plate armor pants they were painted over. It looks really weird at the hips and thighs area…
Certainly not an item for me, pretty goofy, even by WoW standards.
But its there and not much I can do about it.
