The 3rd challenege with the mirror images is bugged to me where its unbeatable. First killing the one mirror image that copies the NPC triggers a loss and the mirrors to go away. Secondly the NPC says to talk to him to try again and when I do it does nothing. I have to leave the delve to start over and try again, but the first issue happens every time. I know for a fact I am killing the correct mirror image.
Also relogging or quiting the game and reopening the game does not fix the issue. Neither does reloading the UI.
I guess I will do this quest/delve another day.

Can confirm. This is bugged for me as well. Same issue. Losing to the npc triggers an option to try again. However, choosing to challenge the npc after an initial loss does nothing and makes the delve unbeatable / unable to be completed.

Same issue here. Definitely killing the correct mirror image, but it fails. When you try to retalk to him to start it again, he won’t start the event at all. Only thing you can do is leave the delve, but after several attempts, no change. I have retarted client, disabled all addons, nothing helps.

Same happened to me. Super annoying I thought I was getting it wrong for 45 min lmao and kept running out and starting over.
This is bugged on my end too. Won’t let me retry the challenge, unfortunately…

I am glad I am not the only one. I spent the last hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.
Yep this is still happening to me. Tried to restart the delve with no luck… 
Just happened to me as well. Killed the correct mirror image but failed. Talked to the npc, game me the option to try again, but then nothing happens.
