FUN THREAD: Where's the silliest place you'd build your house in Azeroth?

In that little hilt hole would be a good spot.
Perfect little indentation to build a house :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Gotta say, that has to be the highest thing in the game I’ve ever played “ground chicken” with my Druid.

Another good spot would be where the prison of Yogg’Saron was!!
 We’ll also use where the old-god Yoggy use to pop out, as a massive bubbling spa bath! :bubbles:

DISCLAIMER:

This-Bubbling-Spa may — induce visions, whispers, delirium, lucid dreams, permanently gained powers of mysterious origin & incredible capabilities, hallucinations, cause you to become the monster in your enemies nightmares, falsely believe Yogg-Saron is dead, crave lots of Kungaloosh & Moonberry juice cocktails, urge to insult Odyn, come to understand that all the old gods aside from Yogg’Saron are inferior, gain the desire to build an empire of shining potential, delusions of grandeur and the impulse to take drunk-Nozdormu’s advice of what he did in the past of spanking Alexstrasza & blaming it on Iridikron.

Not quite on Azeroth, but I always liked Outland Nagrand. The floaty rocks and waterfalls are nice. The music is among the best in the game, as far as peacefulness.

Sucks that Thrall lives there too, but what ever. I guess Thrall, Anduin, and Jaina are always being annoying.

Even though Dalaran has been mucked up pretty often… I wouldn’t mind having a house in a floating city.

Whether it be Blood Elves finding a way to make Silvermoon fly around, or Calia gets a floating Necropolis from her boosters in Maldraxxus, a city that floats around the world would be cool to have a house in.

Kirin Tor spent two expansions (Vanilla and TBC) rebuilding Dalaran, under the purple dome, only for it to be destroyed again. (For the third time?)

Since it was destroyed in Warcraft 2/3.

Can’t blame them for not wanting to build another one.

I wonder if we’ll ever get another, modern, sky-city.

I wouldn’t had mind if Dalaran was returned back to its original place and filled the crater.

As for a NEW sky-city — that’d be interesting!!

Hear me out. Think clockwork city ESO micro city. But it’s the Orgrimmar mailbox. Or it functions like a teleport to my house

The entrance is a “Mailbox” that when you click it to “Check the mail” it opens up like a mimic and eats you — Popping you through a large glass tube (like you see in Futurama) that pops you to the zone! :yum:

I mean we have unique hearthstone animations why not?

:crab: :ocean: :crab: :ocean:

I could imagine a hearthstone for my FUN THREAD: Kingdom of Misfits! thread, where the hearthstone animation for the zone will be a portal opening to your left, your character looking to it — Then a portal opening from your right, followed by a large shark tackling you from it, into the left one :yum: Your arrival @ the location will be your character ‘waking up’

Alternatively, there’s several different coloured candles that appear around you – Followed by a runic magical pentagram get drawn by a mysterious force between such candles — each candle lighting up one by one as you cast the ‘incantation’ (hearthstone cast) and finishing the cast will cause them to ripple out a nether-stormy boom flash

I’d be happy if it were Bwomsamdi summoning a giant death gate with the player housing image

Making jokes during the animation like. My bad! Don’t take that one. It has zombie swolekins

:crab: :ocean: :crab: :ocean:

I would totally put my house smack in front of Ogrimmar, on top on the canyon /crevices running espionages, silly me :))

Have you done the Dalaran post office quest chain? It’s all tubes and mailementals, it’s cute. My favourite quest chain ever.

I think so?
There’s a few mail related things in WoW :joy: lol

It starts with an envelope on the floor next to a mailbox in Legion Dalaran and ends up in the mail room sorting letters by destination before awarding you the Postmaster title. Highly recommend doing it.

When you wrote about portals to the left and right, I was waiting for a reference to Snagglepuss.

built into one of those giant rib cages in Tanaris, but only if I had to pick somewhere I wouldn’t want to live.

Hot & windy with sand everywhere nothing but goblins and trolls for neighbors, it would be awful.

You are so cute I can’t visit you up there but I will be on the bottom of the sword and shaking it to see if you feel it or not

Desolace. The least visited zone in Azeroth, possibly all of WoW. Guaranteed to have lots of elbow room between my plot and my neighbors
