If there was a kingdom of misfits, filled with:
- Gorlocs
- Wolvar
- Murlocs
- Kobolds
- Gnolls
- Niffen
- and Tarasek
(All more wise & intelligent as opposed to other settlements of their species)

What would this city / kingdom look like?

No, I considered them – alongside troggs too, but figured they’re more-so “Deformities” than actual races that sprung forth or evolved (rather than devolved) – from another

So that they’re still included We can make troggs & leper-gnomes a few of the enemies of the original-post’s listed races & kingdom
If they were as intelligent and wise as anyone else, then they wouldn’t be “misfits”. Their place would be just like any other civilized realm, just adapted to the needs of their species.
Of the ones you listed, probably Wolvar.
Oh, and you might want to add Saberon to your list.
A month ago I would’ve said Gnoll Warrior, hands down. But now, after that adorable orphan quest this past Children’s Week, I want to see a Kabold Paladin. XD
Can you imagine the player names if Gnolls were added though? Would be every Hogger pun known to man … and I would have to partake in these shenanigans too.

Gnoll with lumberjack shirt transmog named Logger.
Gnoll with sweatsuit transmog named Jogger.
I would be the lamest of all and just name mine Poggers.
