What would be some cool new racials that are in the same vein as Soar. Something that gives flavor and idenity but doesnt break the game.
Like maybe a Mechagnome could turn into a worktable people could repar on for instance

A Mechagnome being able to summon a work station would be pretty interesting. While using that work station they can craft faster or have better success or something.
To answer your question, I don’t really know. I do know that I want the racial system overhauled, and I think we should have character pages more akin to DnD. So, I guess that’d mean more flavor abilities which interact with the world and less combat oriented abilities, which would probably be easier to balance and add to over time?

Dwarf in stone form would be actual statues, cant move or interact
Human can have 3 different hearthstone inn and have 3 charges
Undead canibalize could eat their own arm, it would replenish over time but all damage decreased by 50% for that time.

This could actually work if their stone form worked like Ice Block. It’d probably fit Earthen or Dark Iron better, I’d imagine.

Exactly, the most important character in WoW should be the world, and having your character interact with it differently based on race and class should be a priority.
I think order halls success is evidence that people love class fantasy and i think that extends to race as well. Probably why half my toons are forsaken.
