One of my friends who is RPing in a new game (to him) is giving himself a checklist of things he wants to do. I thought it might be fun to do something similar here. Here’s a checklist for fun (I’m sure a lot of us have done a lot of this already, but a redo for LK on some stuff might be fun):

For new RPers, download TRP (or MRP) and fill out at least the basics.

Give your character something that’s unique and was acquired recently: a scar, a story, a pet, a weapon, etc.

Meet 5 RPers you haven’t met before.

RP walk around a major city with a friend. Announce in chat that you’re looking for some walk-up RP, and where you basically are.

RP out in the world. This can be a few lines to any person with an RP profile - doesn’t have to be anything long.

Attend a tavern event and have a food or drink.

RP at a holiday event.

Take your RP friends through a dungeon ICly.

Join the RP Discord.

Screenshot your RP and start a journal to record your adventures.

Give your character a new flaw.

Try roll-based RP.

Do occasional personal rolls for your character to make a decision or decide an outcome.

Come up with a story you could tell around a campfire, that could be told in less than 15 minutes.

Decide on a phrase your character over-uses and say it occasionally.
