Hello everyone, i’m here looking to find a social guild for Shadowlands progression and Mythic+. I don’t mind moving servers but will need convincing to swap factions, seeing as iv’e been horde since BC.

Here’s my background
I started playing when the base game released, i was real young playing alongside my dad all the way into WOTLK and somewhat into cata. We ended up being in the first group to down the lich king on our server, but being young i left wow for some simpler games only to return for leigon. By then the game had changed so much and that coupled with the fact i had no guild i fizzled out after getting a couple toons leveled and one geared for M+. Recently with BFA and eternal palace I had come back and got deep into healing, getting AOTC in Ashzarha and pushing mythic before the guild i was in died out due to guild leader drama.

What I’m Looking for
I’m looking for a social place where i can push M+ and most importantly grow past AOTC and grab my first ever CE.

My Availability
My availability is All day Tues-Thursday EST and I’m willing to play/ learn any healer. I have only mained druids and shamans, but i am up for a challenge.

Here is what you can expect from me
I’m punctual i like to be on time ready and with my gear,pots, and food ready.
If running late i always give a heads up to the appropriate people .
I’m always down to help level a low toon/ gear some one into and past m+.
i know how to take constructive criticism and will thank you for helping me be better instead of butting heads with you.
lastly i take pride in being the best healer i can be and I’m always looking for ways to improve.

~RAID RECRUITING & REQUIRMENTS~

We are currently recruiting all classes and specs for permanent raid spots and backup positions.

We require our mythic raid team to have ilvl 470ish gear, rank 15 cloak, rank 3 essences, and a working mic. Raid team members must be able to commit to the Tues/Thurs raid times. Our heroic night is open to everyone.

~ABOUT US~

THE DEADMEN is the largest and most active guild on our server. In addition to our three raid nights, we hold Glory Raid Achievement runs every Saturday, and Hide & Seek nights every couple weeks. We run Mythic+ keystones daily, and Mondays are “Mythic Mondays” with most of the guild online to run keys. We are also very helpful when it comes to gearing alts and new players, with many members willing to run keys and Normal/Heroic Nyalotha to help gear up new characters.

We have a very social and friendly community. Most evenings have approximately 30-40 members online playing. Our discord server is very active. Most nights have anywhere between 10-20 of our members utilizing our channel to socialize and hang out. However, all of our social events are optional.

About us:
Formerly Perseverance of Sargeras, Hefty is an adult-only (21+) late night Horde raiding guild on Area 52. Currently 5/12M, some might describe us as semi-casual, others as semi-hardcore, but we like to think of ourselves as somewhere in the middle.

Most of us have jobs, spouses, kids, etc. keeping us busy IRL, so when we log into the game, we’re here to have fun and unwind. With a limited 2-day schedule, we do take raid time seriously, but we also value our fairly relaxed, social atmosphere. There’s lots of guilds out there where numbers are all that matter, but to us, it’s more about the person behind the toon.

Our focus is on completing AotC every tier, and then we will tackle as many mythic fights as time allows. We will not push for mythic progression at the expense of our atmosphere.

Many of our members enjoy running keys, farming transmog gear, and leveling alts in our off-time, so we are also very much open to casual members just looking for a place to call home.

Hey Alldayhots!

Emergence - Mal’ganis is a raiding guild which recently came together for the back end of BfA with its sights set on Shadowlands. We have started our foray into Nyalotha in advance of Shadowlands, and after two weeks of raid we have achieved 12/12H as a guild group, and are ironing out our raid core to move into Mythic.

Our leadership is up to 10/12M, with several former CE and Top US raiders. We are recruiting a few more DPS to round out our roster and join our budding and socially active guild community.

Our Vision: Emerging Together

Emergence began with a clear goal in mind; build a tight knit group of raiders who enjoy themselves playing together, giving us the tools to become a competitive raiding guild, a great destination for quality raiders and individuals, and eventually achieve CE. We intend to emulate the good-old-days raiding guilds of the past; a guild in which players are not just toons slotted into a role, but rather a collection of friends who are able to enjoy themselves in and out of raid - all while killing bosses in a timely fashion.

We are building a roster of people who show respect to one another and are in it for the long haul. We are looking for individuals with a mindset of team play, enjoyment, and performance – in that order. We understand frustration during progression and mistakes; these are unavoidable parts of the game we play. This said, we expect our raiders to perform at a high level and will be maintaining a competitive roster.

Hi Alldayhots,

We’re looking for players with some prior mythic experience who want to step into a more organized raid environment going into the expansion. We might be a bit of a jump for you in particular, but from your description of your desire to continuously improve, your punctuality, and your attitude toward constructive criticism, I think we may be the ideal environment for you to make that jump and start getting some CEs under your belt. Our raid night are slightly outside your description (Mon, Wed, Thurs 7-10pm EST), but if that’s not a deal-breaker, I’d love to hear from you.

We raid a fairly casual schedule and try to take advantage of our limited hours by coming to raid well prepared and highly organized. As an example, we use PTR testing footage and logs to create strats we’ll use during week 1. There’s an example from Ny’alotha in our recruitment information, and we also already have a guide posted for Hungering Destroyer in Castle Nathria (1 of the 4 bosses tested last week)

Our primary organizational focus is on maintaining a positive and productive raid culture above all else. We’re willing to make short term sacrifices like investing in a player who shows potential and needs some gear and some practice or removing a player who might be highly skilled individually but isn’t on board with playing as a team and keeping the raid culture positive.
