A 30m account wide debuff is a decent start, but making these players priority for in progress games would be good too.
I’d rather the quitter penalty just be scaling.
Quit one map, OK, sure, life happens. Go take care of it, you have a 10 minute debuff preventing you from re-queuing.
If you keep doing it, each subsequent penalty is longer until eventually you just get a week long penalty because literally all you do is join BG’s, and then the minute you’re not winning you quit.
