Would it be hard to make an option with blizzard’s current tech?
Doubtful. They already have skeletons in game.
I don’t play Forsaken but they release that, and I make a Forsaken Protection Warrior right away.

Not really. The reason “spinal” characters are not an option, I suspect, has everything to do with the censorship in Asian markets. Same reason they have had forsaken with hidden bones as well and “tamed” depictions of abominations and many other small details.
Only forsaken customization I want besides what they confirmed is a straight back

It’s something, at least. Even though I’d love a playable customization, even if doesn’t come out in China if they are against it.
Not sure why, though. I find full body dead people with a dead/zombified appearance more sensitive than full skeletons.
