the support page for this said that on full expansion release (this evening) Kuldas will be able to be talked to and start the event.
Kuldas is glowing and there is an empty progress bar floating above him titled “Awakened Cache Reward”, but that is it.
They came out with a statement last night stating what was available as of last night, and what will become available today after reset.
Looks like they didn’t want us getting too much weekly stuff done day 1.
