It has surprisingly saved my booty a few times in arena lol
I use it when shock is on Cd, and I have no HP for WOG.
It is a waste of resources and gcd to use heals other than lay on hands.

I think he’s talking about holy paladin, their flash of light does almost nothing and it’s super rare to see someone casting it.
Ah, even worse. Why would a healer button do such bad healing is beyond me but again, I stopped caring and playing holy since they moved away from strong spender no casting melee gameplay.
