Full Moon not removed from Convoke The Spirits in pvp 1/30/2021

There were pvp balance changes this week with convoke the spirit changes for druids.
To quote from the changes…
Druid

  • Convoke the Spirits no longer casts Full Moon and Feral Frenzy when engaged in combat with enemy players.

Yet, it seems like off-specs with affinity can still casts the spells during convoke that were supposed to be removed. An example i saw on Stoopzz’s stream from friday 1/29 at 2:20:20 mark in the VOD shows a guardian druid with what looked to be balance affinity cast convoke that dealt a 32k Full Moon.

100% accurate. I have a picture here that was taken on 1/30/2021 that shows a guardian druid casting convoke in balance affinity that dropped a full moon to win the game. ://imgur.com/a/KlF3NoG
