Full moon changes

Instead of focusing on the damage of Full Moon for balance druids in raid M+ PvP, consider looking at its cast time. At 2.2 seconds with 35% haste, it takes too long to cast and is not as effective as other spells like Chaos Bolt with a short cast time. Additionally, while Glacial is getting a cast time reduction, Full moon still suffers from a long cast time that makes it less popular among players. Perhaps reducing the cast time would make it a more attractive option.

IIt already has a CD and interfeers with the normal rotation, so yeah that slow cast doesnt make it very appealing.

Well no, the cd and rotation aren’t at all what makes it not appealing, it’s purely the cost effect of it.

You spend 3 casts, and only on the third cast is it SUPPOSED to be effective, but doesn’t necessarily mean much because;

Stellar Flare will have higher uptime + more damage output, especially in cleave.
Stellar Flare will generate more AP = More starsurge
Stellar Flare frees you up to cast other things

If full moon absolutely chunked things HARD, it would be miles better than stellar flare.
