Well, I hope it gets sorted. If it’s just about OP’s region, I would like to think Blizzard won’t keep them banned. It’s a one button fix and clearly OP didn’t do anything maliciously. I still feel that Blizzard could communicate better. It’s aggravating and stressful when they don’t.
The link that Perl provided works nicely. If, instead, you go to Battle.net and click on Country / Region there, you have to contact customer support to change it. It’s greyed out, at least for me and my hubby.
