While farming for rep for the Avowed in the open world Halls of Atonement, I would no longer receive the 50 rep from turning in a fugitive soul to Avowed. This bug occurs when I have the bell buff that makes me hostile to all players. Then, while I have the buff active, if I try to subjugate a fugitive soul, I notice the chain doesn’t form despite the soul following me and me having the buff indicating its following me. The Avowed still accept the soul and go through the animation that summons the small mobs that grant 3 rep each, but I don’t get the flat 50 rep when I turn in the Fugitive Soul during this. I know it has something to do with the hostile to all players bell buff because when I remove it, I start receiving rep again from fugitive souls.
