Yeah I had the bug thing happen when I started this, it stopped once I got in the habit of parking the whole army in Mereldar before doing the quest on the first toon. Got the seeker/anglers maxxed out then I did it with the soaked notes. I think I could do it still to sell the recipes in AH, but I have limited patience for relisting or undercutting morons so…
