The codes are completely illegible on the 12 packs of soda. I was able to enter one code, but I couldn’t figure out the second one.
After pestering them for several days, they finally sent me a replacement code. But then, I found out that my account had been suspended (I’m assuming it was suspended because I was trying to figure out the code on the second 12 pack).
This is seriously ridiculous.

I had it tell me there was an error for correctly typing in my code, their website is a joke

I had same thing happen when I was trying to do the promotion for the pet for trolli gummies. Just keep on them, takes a couple weeks but they ‘usually’ sort it out.

Same problem, the script was really weird and distorted. I did manage to get one through in time to get the cycle and a robot though.
