Frozen Binds

I’m looking for a list of classes/races/specs that can, of their own accord, break free from frozen binds. I’m getting tired of heal-pugging Necrotic Wake and trying to figure out who to prioritize if people are refusing to get out of the circle.

Even if nobody wants to provide an actual list, if you can point me in the direction of where I can find a pre-existing one that would be great!

Take any pallys the mechanic dosent exist now.

Any pally can use HoF via target of target frame to cast to cast it durring the binds cast on the target. Now that binds don’t even appear they are instantly removed, no one needs to move at all for max dps and stops all damage that would of otherwise happened from the mechanic. Makes healing and damage on the fight better. The CD is the same allowing them to do for every single one. Recommend not using a dps pally thou as than they may be sent to the other realm but guess what heal pallys are quite good right now.

As for the question the big ones to know are druid mage and hunter the three meta dps, as well as any immune class such as rogue pally dk. Warrior can spell reflect it (by using when targeted). There is most def more but it means most classes can deal with it themselves. Prob is someone breaking themselves free stil requires no one in circle or it chains so dosent really matter who it’s on you just don’t remove if they don’t move. Let it expire pick the one that had it and see if he will be smart enough to move this time. Hense better answer negate the mechanic with a pally of any spec.

If the problem is people not knowing how the mechanics work, being able to break roots isn’t really going to do much for you because people will be standing in the circle and it’ll just chain/spread anyway.

At the risk of sounding controversial, use Raider.IO for a basic filter on people who have actually done the content at a reasonable level enough to presumably know the mechanics.

(I feel you… spent an hour in DOS last night on my alt just trying to get a conduit with a group who couldn’t handle the last boss’ smash mechanic and couldn’t stay alive long enough to clear their portal phase. *cry*)

My policy is simple. Binds dont come off until everybody is out. If they stay and it results in a wipe I let them know accordingly (though that has never happened).
The bigger question is how do people still not know to get out of binds?
