can we get a rework on the first tier row of talents? theres literally no choice at all one is negligible damage, one is attack speed which is also useless since runic attenuation has a fixed amount of procs, and cold heart critting for 600k hardly gives us a chance for something else for frost dk’s.
can we also make glacial advance baseline? not having an aoe runic dump feels terrible same can epidemic be baseline for unholy so that we have an actual choice for that tier row.
soul reaper should also be baseline like it used to be so that we have like a real option for talents. this whole “hey lets remove spells they used to have and make it so they can get them back as talents” is really annoying when the spec played extremely well before they re-pruned all of the prior abilities.
