A fire Froststone Vault Primal Storm event is up, but the 5th Elemental for the “A Heated Exchange” part of the event is just not here. Dozens of us have tried to find it, but it just isnt here.

I havent been able to complete any elemental storms since I originally posted. Now, all of the adds are not spawning. I go there and the main boss is standing there in the invincible bubble, but there are no adds to kill. Eventually, the boss just disappears. I cant get my snail because of this.
