Frostscythe and Ruinc Power

First time poster, but really currous about this.

For AoE, guides say to use frostscythe until 90+ runic power, then use frost strike.

Durring mythics i find myself having 3+ runes at max runic power. Is it better dps to just spam frostsythe for more damage while capped at runic power, if i have the runes available? Especially for short fights where runes will recharge between pulls.

Also spamming frostscythe helps keep [Remorseless Winter] active.

Am i missing something about froststike?

use death strike to AOE. it cost more soo you can dump Runic power faster.

I guess my question is, do i really care about dumping runic power if i have ebough runes to just spam frostscythe untill all the adds die. Seems like it would be better dps to just not dump it.

You don’t need to prio Frost Strike as high in AoE. Make sure to always have 3 Runes recharging as priority. Death Strike in AoE is not something you should be doing.
