Frostmourne and Barthilas not connected right?

So how come I can see horde players from Barthilas when I’m playing on frostmourne?

Cross realm and shards is a thing, same way we can see US players

may be able to see them how ever they arent part of the connected realms economy trade chat AH etc. cant do work orders over to barthilas either
