its not as easy as just flipping a switch unfortunately. and while yes they have some ways to help a spec without breaking it in another area like pvp that doesnt mean they just make buffs ad hoc. they have buffed glacial and ray to help with this and I expect more aura tuning to help it out further.
They need to buff the actual hero talent. And seeing as every week they just make random buffs and nerfs, some just specific to PvP, it is as easy as just flipping a switch. Not to mention you fail to a knowledge Frostfire single target has been an issue since beta

Looks like they are buffing frostfire spec. It will be in December and looks great. I hope living bomb damage is increased for frosts version of frost fire and not just for fire spec.
I thought 11.0.5 was end of October? December is a real long time away for some of these class changes. That’s wild

Well it is, but when is the actual anniversary? 
Looked it up. It is during the months of Nov and Dec. So that Tuesday first week of Nov. Or maybe Wednesday. Whenever extended maintenance is lifted. LOL (Just teasing blizz devs)
