Not sure how much this will move the needle for Fire. FF Fire is way harder to play optimally (despite being all instant cast) so even if this brings the sims a bit closer, your average player is probably going to see better results sticking with Sunfury. I’m a masochist and ran FF for the first 2-3 weeks and Sunfury is just worlds easier - the level of proc juggling on FF/SKB is a bit of a sensory overload when trying to also deal with mechanics lol.
It’s a good buff for frost though
Not enough for frost, but it might be after the .5 patch. Frost could use some base spec tuning up with that patch too after spellslinger isnt permanently using ice lance. And it’d be great if they took an axe to some frostbolt talents, but that seems like a lost cause.
True, my excitement rings in because it’s literally the first time they have addressed Frostfires abysmal ST since beta. But I agree, it’s not quite enough. I’m curious to see where they go with frost in regards to 11.0.5.
