Frost Resist

I’m having issues getting the Frost Resist gear quests from Master Craftsman Wilhelm in EPL. For some reason he doesn’t have the quests for me for the Legs or RIng.

My toon is Revered with AD. I also talked to the DK (Forget his name) in Naxx. He gave me the patterns for the Gloves and Bracers but didn’t have a quest for the book for me.

Anyone know if I’m missing something or if this is a bug?

You have to do Echoes of War to get the quests for legs and ring.

That would be the problem… I dragged my feet on snagging that. Got it now- next lockout ill be good. Thanks!
