I can use lesser illustrious insight, but illustrious insight is not a select option and I cannot manually place it in the drop box either. I am fully maxed in Frost-Formulated Phials which explicitly states I should be able to use illustrious insight. I confirmed I am attempting to create a Frost-Formulated Phial and the issue seems to be consistent across all recipes.
