Frost Nova freezes target, does lots of damage = nice.
Problem… Global cd makes ice lance next to impossible to land a bonus damage hit before those tiny 2 secs of freeze are gone.
My request. Don’t let frost nova activate gcd. Or. Add .5 secs to the frozen time. That should be enough to land one Ice lance.
