Kind of a joke!
Been raising frostmourne disconnect and server down issues with Blizzard for over 6 months now but they don’t respond on the forums and close support tickets with no answer. When tickets are closed they tell us to submit feedback to developers to have the support issue resolved. We have had numerous players submit this feedback (it tells us we will receive no response from Blizzard on the issue) and we continue to see the same problems. I don’t know what more to do, we have had players transfer servers off frostmourne, we have had players quit the game due to issue, we have lost numerous rated games due to the issue.
Seems like Blizzard just don’t care.
A lot ISPs have dog water DNS selections that don’t bounce around poor quality nodes. Extremely common for the Aussie players. Change your DNS to Google or Cloud Flare or some other big one if you haven’t already.
You can also do a WinMTR trace if you want to say its Blizzard and not some node along the route.
Moon Guard is getting hit bad as well, I can’t even stay logged in for ONE MINUTE
Same for me! disconnects all of today and yesterday, somewhere between every 5-20 minutes. I’m able to immediately reconnect, but it still makes doing anything impossible.
