Frost mage in dungeons - dps help

Have been spamming heroics with friends to get ready for m+, but im sure im not playing even close to ideal rotation. Anyone have any tips?

Currently playing the frostfire build to add meteor to comet storm, which feels okay on trash pulls but in general its feeling pretty lackluster

It feels great to me. Are you keeping track of winters chill 2x from brain freeze procs. I was not and in turn was missing out on a buffed ice lance
